What’s Included

Step one: 75 minute Consultation

We go over what you wrote in your intake form that I will send you, and help you uncover 3-5 specific things you can do to take action.

Step two: Recommendations + Notes

After our 60 minute call, I will send you a follow up email detailing what we talked about, a list of my recommendations for you, recipes to try, as well as any links and resources that I mention during the call. You will also receive routine check-in emails from me while you’re implementing your new changes.

Step three: Follow up check in

After 14 days, we will have a check in to see how everything is going! This is usually a shorter call than the last, and typically lasts about 30 minutes. We can also determine if you’d like more support through single coaching sessions.

I created this coaching package from years of experience with digestive issues and helping others. When I was going through what you are currently, I wanted to skip all the confusion and get right to what works. I really wanted someone to guide me on what foods I could eat. I literally wanted an exact list of recommendations tailored to me that was going to help me find relief from my symptoms. When I finally understood what foods, techniques, and tips helped me with my digestion, my symptoms started to get better, I felt more confident because I found the answers I’d been looking for. Both my gut health and mental well-being got better. I stopped being hard on myself and found hope. This program will teach you the best foods for your digestion and my top remedies for healing the main cause of your symptoms, both tailored to your individual needs. My background and education is in nutritional health coaching through Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Ayurvedic wellness. I’m currently working on my 600 Hour Ayurvedic Health Counseling certification through Hale Pule Ayurveda & Yoga.
